Estimated Delivery Times and Costs

The delivery times and prices are determined by our Third-Party Providers who offer these
services. The charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the location of the
retailer, the destination country, and the chosen delivery method (standard or express, where
available). The delivery cost for each product is visible on the individual product page.

Please note that our shipping times should serve as a general reference and are calculated from
the time of dispatch. KALAJ cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance or
payment approval issues, but we will make efforts to minimize any potential delays.

Duties and Taxes

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of
the customer. Duty-free package limits are determined by your local customs authorities. For

Handling Time 

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

 

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex  or DHL .

 

Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.
