Kalaj Group officially confirms that negotiations regarding the sale of Kalaj.co have been successfully concluded.

A definitive agreement has now been reached for the acquisition and transfer of operations. The parties have finalized terms, and the transaction will proceed in accordance with the agreed structure and timeline.

As structured within the agreement:

  The acquiring company will assume operational control of the business.

  The Kalaj brand name, trademarks, and intellectual property remain exclusively owned by Kalaj Group.

  The buyer will operate under a new, independent brand identity.
  
• 
  The transition will be executed in a seamless and orderly manner to ensure business continuity.

We would like to inform you that Kalaj.co will officially cease operations as part of a completed strategic transition by Kalaj Group on February 12, 2026.

Following the successful conclusion of acquisition negotiations, the platform will no longer operate under the Kalaj name. This marks the end of an important chapter in our journey.
